Serving 5 to 10 courses would be our approach to pique your curiosity and satisfy your appetite. Each dish is a different experience, a whole new flavour, texture and feel. The event, a collaboration between the province’s Centre of Excellence in Health, the school district and Alcorn’s Atlantic Canada Cooks broadcast, focused on intergenerational learning, hands-on learning, and nutrition.
Marzia will welcome you in her kitchen like an old friends and share her passion for good, healthy, handmade-with-love, food. This is not a regular class, it’s a cooking and eating experience that brings people together and promotes passion and love for Italian Food.
