Expand your repertoire by learning to make these  family-friendly,  casual, Italian classics. You'll discover how easy it can be to serve a  delicious Italian meal at home as our instructors provide lot of tips and help you master new techniques. You will be cooking with a small team in our kit...

Italy – birthplace to some of the most delicious dishes that make up most of the Western world. Join us as you work together with other students to create a number of dishes originating straight from the Boot. Once cooked, enjoy your cibo with fellow amicos and/or famiglia.

Pasta Party is offered by the Savory celebration.  Many of our dinners will feature aspects of education within them, like cooking demos tableside, or chef’s table style cooking.  Our cooking classes are not just learning recipes, but techniques you can take and create your own dishes with. 

Italian Tuscan Soup cooking class is offered by Moore Norman Technology Center MNTC. Are you interested in improving your cooking skills? Join our instructors as they walk you through step-by-step instructions to prepare a delicious meal.

Hands-on 2-hour Workshop  Love, love, love those little heavenly pillows.  Gnocchi is a true comfort food, and fun and easy to make.  We'll make two kinds of fresh gnocchi and  simple sauces...eat some at Mix and take a bunch home for later!
