Learn 3-5* seafood meals suitable for dinner or entertaining (*amount if dishes depends on complexity and cooking time) using a selection of different fish and crustacean. The types of dishes you will be cooking depend on the freshest ingredients available, with the menu changing from class to class ensuring you can come back again to try new dishes.

All our cooking classes have been designed with the home cook in mind and are suitable for all ability levels. Our classes are kept small and personal so that everyone gets the most benefit out of their time at the class.
