With a savoury rye crispbread, a rye & caraway sourdough and sticky cinnamon buns, you’ll be all set to create your own Hygge moments!
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.

Under the guidance of our master chef, you'll learn the essential skills you will only need to learn once when handling chocolate, fillings & flavourings, as well as relevant information for preparing the recipes.
An advanced course in French Patisserie
Cake Baking and Decoration class is offered by Moemas Food. The classes are either demonstration or hands on but either way you’ll feel inspired and much more confident after taking a class or three. Private classes can also be arranged in the comfort of your own kitchen.
The qualification is designed for those who are not sure yet if they prefer culinary or pastry, or this qualification is for those who are passionate about both subjects
