The Phoenix BBQ and Grilling School has been teaching people how to improve on their outdoor cooking experience. Classes are most every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from late October to mid-May. At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.
