This class is all about fish and seafood! For three hours you (or whoever you send) will help prepare and eat great fish and seafood!!. Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Tilapa… it’s all on the menu and it’s all going to get eaten!! OK.
In this specialty class, you’ll learn all about the three main types of seafood. We will cover the finer points of hot and cold smoking, to cure or not to cure your salmon, and then share our secret of the whole fish 5-step system
The Chefs at Cook Street are here to help you level up in seafood! You’ve mastered the art of the basics in our Seafood 101 class and now it’s time to increase your skill set. We’ll discuss oysters including selection and purchasing, shucking and the accouterments.
This class will answer all these questions and give you plenty of hands-on practice slicing fish for crudo, poke bowls, and ceviche dishes. Come hungry for salmon miso poke bowl, spicy tuna tartar, branzino ceviche, and hamachi crudo.
