Just because we’re landlocked doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the taste of the sea! Most of us avoid making seafood because we don’t love the smell of it after dinner is over, or some of them can be just so darn hard to get perfect.

Come on over and cook with us in our kitchen, so you can enjoy the seafood (not to mention the tips and tricks) and go back to your seafood-free, fresh smelling home!

Tonight we’ll tackle scallops, create beautiful ribboned pasta with shrimp and cherry tomatoes, and serve a grilled squash Italian countryside style topped with an elegant minced herb mixture that will take your meal to the next level. We will slow the evening down with a delightful peach and blackberry tart as you wind down and fill up.
