We’ll show you how to prepare the sofrito and share secrets for ensuring perfectly cooked rice every time. We’ll round up the meal with a salad and dessert.

Italian Kitchen class is offered by Dabble tours and events. Groups of 4/5 create their own Spanish paella, featuring chicken, shrimp, and chorizo! Served with a Spanish salad, and red sangria.
Our most popular stand-alone cooking class, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in, find a seat, have a drink, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu.
Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.
Tapas are “small bites” and in this class we’ll cook up a variety of common Spanish tapas dishes.  Serving tapas for a party is a lot of fun, but many tapas double as delicious dinners.  Take the Tortilla de Patatas, a Spanish-style omelette with potatoes and onions, similar to a fritatta.
Enjoy Spain right here in New York as you feast on tapas --- one of the great pleasures of Spanish culture. You'll make merry with these classic and contemporary small plates featuring all the flavors of the Mediterranean.
