Recipes include such dishes as Seared Scallops with Lemon Zest and Basil Butter, Grilled Garlic Herb Shrimp Skewers, Mussels in White Wine and Fresh Thyme Sauce, Clams in Lemon Chili Sauce, as well a a tasty side of Shallot Quinoa.
This class will last approximately 3-hrs come ready to learn and be ready to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class. Bring along a bottle of your favorite wine or six pack of your favorite beer, ready to prepare and enjoy some delicious seafood!
