Established in 2001, Dance 2XS is a comprehensive and family friendly studio. We offer a variety of classes for students from two years of age and are Cairns leading studio for cheerleading, tumbling & acrobatics and aerial silks. We are the only provider of the competitive All Stars Cheerleading program in our region.
Fostering a community of kindness, fun and inclusivity within our studio makes Dance 2XS different from all others. We aim to set our students up to be confident, considerate and caring people within our community.
The teachers at Dance 2XS have a vast range of experience across our disciplines. Our collective approach is to share our love of cheerleading, tumbling, dance and circus while being supportive and encouraging.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
This Stretch class allows your muscles to lengthen through a combination of Yoga and conventional stretching positions. This is a great class to finish off either a busy day, week or workout.
Stretch lessons are offered by Free It Up Dance and Entertainment. A 30min stretch session to help improve general flexibility.
Stretch / Conditioning Lessons are offered by Academy Dance Studios. For the serious student who has the desire, motivation and physical facility to pursue a career in dance, our industry experts will work with you and offer you the training, support and guidance in achieving your goals.
These classes focus on building flexibility, strengthening, and toning different parts of the body.
