We start the meal off with Pan Tumaca y Abas - sourdough bread with traditional Spanish toppings. Our piece the resistance is a Fideua de Mariscos - the lesser known sister of paella, made with pasta. Prepared in a shallow pan with king prawns, striped bass and scallops. We'll finish the meal with Churros!
