Paella, hailing from the coasts of Valencia, the east of Spain. Rice was in important crop that was grown there since the 10th century. Combining the bounties of the sea, Paella was created, and its inspiration still stands strong today.
Join us in recreating this Spanish meal, together with the crowd favourite, Albondigas! And finally a creamy and delicate Crema Catalana to end the meal.
