This 3-hour programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills of preparing Spanish food, Italian food culture and the key ingredients used.

You will learn how to prepare any 2 of the following dishes: Baked cheese and turkey bacon jalapeno rellenos, Seafood Paella, Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Spinach with Parmesan Cheese, Pan Seared Seabass Fillet with Basil Walnut Pesto, Cream of Pumpkin Soup, Spaghetti Tomato Basil Sauce, Caesar’s Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast, Penne Carbonara Sauce, Corn Chowder Soup, Papillote Salmon Fillet with Cherry Tomato and Vegetables, Pan-Roasted Seabass Fillet with Mustard Seed Dressing, Spiced Couscous, Quiche Lorraine, Mediterranean White Fish Fillet with Sun-dried Tomato and Black Olive, Rosemary Focaccia, Mediterranean Spicy Prawns Pasta, Spaghetti with Roasted Garlic and Mushroom, Pan Seared Salmon Fillet with Creamy Spinach and Tomato Capers or Basil Salsa.
