In this class Executive chef tutor, Charlotte Pike, will demonstrate a range of authentic, traditional tapas recipes from her time spent living in Spain. Charlotte will demonstrate some elements of the recipes and everything else will be hands on. Together, we will make a selection of snappy tapas recipes which you will enjoy in a final feast with carefully selected Spanish wines.
