Consistently touted as one of the best cooking schools in Southern California, The Gourmandise School in downtown Santa Monica offers hands-on recreational cooking and baking class for beginners to professionals.
You learn classic techniques from our instructor in your very own home, or in our state-of-the-art kitchens. We have classes for adults, kids (6 and over), and teens. Most classes have resumed as in-person, but we are still offering some online classes and events as well.
Abundant with olives, seafood, and spice, Spain is a culinary destination not to be missed! If you can’t board a plane, fly down to The Foodie School to revel in the flavors of España and learn how to recreate the flavors for your friends and family at home!Â
Each hands-on cooking class will feature recipes from my travels throughout Spain and highlight seasonal ingredients and lots of cooking techniques. After reviewing the recipes together, students will divide into teams to work on recipes together.

The Dinner. Rich flavors and diverse influences create an eclectic palate. On the menu: Paella from Madrid, Gambas from Barcelona, and a Salad from Sevilla.
