Cut it into cubes, stick it with a toothpick and you’ve got a delicious appetizer. Or slice into wedges, serve with a green salad, and you’ve got an easy weeknight dinner.
Other dishes we’ll be making include Spicy Garlic Shrimp, Chorizo Braised in Red Wine and Pan Con Tomate (Tomato Bread). Plus we will sample some of my other favorite Spanish nibbles – Manchego cheese, jamon serrano and Marcona almonds. This class is sure to be a Spanish adventure….without the jetlag!
