  • Chef Kevin Ao is the owner of Bon Moment Bake Shop and a certified Red Seal Chef. As a professional chef, he have had the experience working at local Asian eateries as well as hotel establishments in downtown Vancouver, such as the Pan Pacific and Fairmont Hotels. Over the last few years, he took a leap of faith and embarked on a culinary journey to France where he had extraordinary opportunities to work for 1 & 2 Michelin Star restaurants. Founded in 2020, Bon Moment, currently operating from YVR Prep commissary kitchen in Burnaby, offers scrumptious afternoon tea sets made with fresh local ingredients and an extensive tea selection from Murchie's Tea & Coffee and Granville Island Tea Company. Every combination of savory bites and desserts is passionately created and meticulously prepared. It's the little things in life that create beautiful memories.
