Polefire is a Pole fitness, Dance and Aerial Circus studio studio in Siren Asylum for womxn and those womxn-aligned who want a fun hobby where they can make friends, have a laugh and learn new skills. Our studio is a dark, safe place with an amazing rock and metal soundtrack.
Get ready to strengthen your whole body! This class features exercises on the mat and at the barre, working on toning and sculpting each area of the body. Particularly great for targeting the core and the bottom! Courtney keeps you working with motivating music and instruction.
Dance Fit with Dmitrii is an instructor led aerobics class. Combining dance steps and exercises with uplifting music. Mr Sazonov puts you through your paces but it’s so much fun, you don’t think you’ve actually done a workout!
Stretch & Conditioning classes are offered by Southsea School of Dance. We are very much a 'traditional' dance school in that we believe strongly in the importance of personal discipline and attention to detail in all things.
This class is ideal for first timers & building up confidence & pick up skills, those returning to dance after a break, for fitness & fun with good music vibes.
