We encourage a strong team atmosphere to instill confidence. Whether you’re 5 or 50, dance 1 hour or 15 during the week, focus on recreation or competition, you'll find yourself at home with Prestige. We provide a healthy and cohesive learning environment for each and every student.
We have positive, qualified teachers to provide top-notch education. Our teachers have extensive experience; being trained through the Royal Academy of Dancing, Cecchetti Society and ADAPT. Our staff members are continually educating themselves to learn, and teach, new innovative techniques.
For overall stretching and strengthening allowing each participant to progress at his/her own level. Breathing exercises are incorporated into the program.
The Danse-Études program allows young dancers to nurture their passion, to discover themselves by exploring different styles and to realize themselves through the practice of dance
This is an open class for dancers of all levels, however please note choreo tends to be at an intermediate level.
This session class combines dance, acro and floor tumbling to emphasize strength, balance and flexibility. This is a great class for your active 3 to 6 year old. Exercises are carefully designed to suit your child’s age and ability.
