The class focuses on cardiovascular exercises to warm up the muscles: then works on specific stretches to increase flexibility for movements required in dance and incorporates strength training movements to develop a stronger, less injury prone dancer.

This program is geared towards both children and young adults of all movement abilities. Industry Movers will focus on the positive reinforcement of rhythm and therapeutic movement for clients at all levels of development and physical abilities.
Class consists of Cardio, Stretching & Core strength. Ideal for dancers who want to add to their training each week in a class that focuses on the mind & body.
This is an open class for dancers of all levels, however please note choreo tends to be at an intermediate level.
Conditioning improves technique and performance in all forms of dance by strengthening the body’s core while developing coordination, balance, alignment and optimizing flexibility.
