Course Details

A must class for everyone- no matter, whether you are an experienced dancer or never danced before.

Class is focused on deeply stretching the body from head to toes.

This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, relax and feel better, improving range of motion and reducing pain.

 

During the class we’ll use different types of :

  • elastic bands,
  • yoga blocks and high density foam rollers (everything is provided) that are proved to ease the muscle pain,
  • increase range of motion,
  • reduce appearance of cellulite,
  • relieve back pain
  • and help you to relax.

Master of Sports in rhythmic gymnastics, graduate of Lviv National Choreographic School. While in Ukraine, was involved in different famous shows and projects as a dancer and choreographer. After moving to Ottawa was a soloist of Svitanok Dance Ensemble for 7 years. Anna has over 15 years of teaching experience and is very passionate about sharing her knowledge with students.
