This class is designed to improve a dancers range of motion, enhance muscle flexibility, strength and control. In doing so, students will improve their posture and awareness of their own bodies.

Even if a student has a natural aptitude for dance, stretch and technique classes in our Gold Coast studio can make a dramatic difference to their capabilities.
Full body flex, stretching and strengthening for the entire body using active, static and other proven methods with focus on gaining the splits.
Tiny Tumblers classes introduce children to basic tumbling skills such as backward and forward somersaults, handstands and cartwheels. With a focus on developing gross motor skills, Tiny Tumblers will have a tonne of fun whilst also developing coordination, balance and strength.
Students wishing to improve flexibility, core strength and specific areas of their body.
This class combines cardio, core strength development, flexibility exercises and pirouette training over 1 hour, all based on ballet skills and technique. This class is specifically designed for serious dancers.
