At DSD children develop new friendships, self confidence and build the strong foundation of technique in classical ballet and all styles of dance.

Time to shake it off and sweat it out! Dance Tone will give you a full body workout, combining medium to high intensity dance moves with cardio fitness.
Full body flex, stretching and strengthening for the entire body using active, static and other proven methods with focus on gaining the splits.
This class focuses on everything needed for a good technical base across all dance styles. Pilates exercise are used within the class to gain the core strength needed for dance and stretch the muscles head to toe so that you increase flexibility.
Tiny  Tumblers classes introduce children to basic tumbling skills such as backward and forward somersaults, handstands and cartwheels. With a focus on developing gross motor skills, Tiny  Tumblers will have a tonne of fun whilst also developing coordination, balance and strength.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
