The Dinner. Rich flavors and diverse influences create an eclectic palate. On the menu: Paella from Madrid, Gambas from Barcelona, and a Salad from Sevilla.
Spanish Tapas cooking class is offered by The Kitchen Nashville. All class registration fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to send someone in your place if you cannot attend a class.
Tapas are meant to be shared, so this festive menu is perfect for a party! In this hands-on class, you will work with a small group of students to make mushrooms with white wine and garlic, stuffed piquillo peppers with fresh goat cheese, and the classic egg tortilla!
Tapas refers to Spanish small plates enjoyed before dinner or late in the evening. Kick back and enjoy crafting a bounty of delicious Spanish tapas as the chef shares tips and tricks to easily prepare and artfully present these delicious small plates.
Tapas are “small bites” and in this class we’ll cook up a variety of common Spanish tapas dishes. Serving tapas for a party is a lot of fun, but many tapas double as delicious dinners. Take the Tortilla de Patatas, a Spanish-style omelette with potatoes and onions, similar to a fritatta.
