Tastes of Asia series aims to equip you with the culinary fundamentals, techniques, knowledge and skills to cook Asian cuisine using locally available ingredients. Take classes in this series to increase your product knowledge and versatility in producing various Asian cuisines that will keep your customers coming back for more.

Under the spotlight for this course is Cantonese Cuisine. Also called Yue cuisine or Guangdong cuisine, Cantonese cuisine is one of the eight major cuisines with a long history of about 2,000 years. The signature of Cantonese dishes aim to bring out the freshness of ingredients, accentuating their natural flavours.
