Sourdough – Please bring a jar or container that will hold at least 2 cups, participants will learn how to make their own starter.
You will learn the building blocks for tackling any bread recipe with confidence and success after you attend this class. You will mix your own dough from pre-scaled ingredients that our chef prepares for you.Â
This course is designed for amateur of good bread interested in better understanding sourdough science. Since we want to deepen our knowledge of the science behind sourdoughs, a good number of discussions will take place to better understand the why of things.
In order to satisfy customers, you will make a variety of products, such as desserts with creams and fillings, desserts, petits fours, cakes and fine or commercial pastries, taking into account the specificities of the appropriate preparation and cooking processes
