Portuguese food is not only Mediterranean cuisine, but Atlantic, African, Asian and (no surprise) Brazilian, starting with a base that has its roots in the Mediterranean trio of bread, wine and olive oil, complemented by soups, fruit, pork meat and fish.

This class will bring you a small sampling of this delightful, underrated food. Menu includes: Pexinhos Da Horta (Tempura Fried Green Beans); Beef Trinchado with Frits (a Spicy Beef Stew, served with French Fries per tradition!); and for dessert, Bolo de Laranja (Orange Cake).
