Come and spend a fun and informal evening with us learning a selection of Italian seasonal vegetarian dishes using all kinds of vegetables, grains and pulses, all whilst enjoying lovely wine and prosecco.
During this class you can expect to learn up to 6 different dishes such as the oh-so-delicious parmigiana di melanzane, a butter bean puree with garlic kale, a grilled pear chicory and gorgonzola salad and a wild mushroom and truffle risotto. Menus will always vary depending on the seasons.

Vegan Cooking workshop is offered by Ghenwa's Culinary Club. The workshops take place in Ghenwa's new venue that is specially designed and outfitted, to offer a spacious, comfortable, and friendly cooking experience.
Vegetarian and Plant based food cooking class is offered by Food Filosofia. The Cooking Classes are interactive and informal - the level of involvement and experience all depends on you. There are morning (lunch) and evening classes available, each class is approximately 3 hours.
