As you get more comfortable and fit, we will ramp up the intensity by adding weights.
Anita's dance academy has been in going strong in Upper Hutt for many years. It is a high-performing, professional dance school that has been the starting point for many teachers, and young adults who go on to pursue a career in dance both in NZ and internationally.
