Our technique, strength and flexibility class is the perfect addition to your weekly dance classes. Each week we will work on developing foundational dance technique from the basics of barre work to turning and leap technique as well as improving overall strength, fitness and flexibility.
Classes will incorporate elements of Pilates, dance-fit and barre-fit in a fun and dance specific way. This class is recommended for any dancer who wishes to further develop and enhance their overall dancing skills.
We provide Cambridge (and further afield) locals of all ages, with a Creative Arts Hub where they can learn anything from Dance, Drama and Music Classes to School Holiday Programmes. We also offer venue hire for events and businesses.
Our new studios are purpose built and designed to offer you a professional experience in all classes. Music rooms are intimate and well sound insulated, our dance studio has a sprung floor, and floor to ceiling mirrors.

Stretch classes are offered at the beginning or end of classes where time permits. The focus is on core strengthening as well as stretching muscles to gain better flexibility.
