We offer dance conditioning classes for dancers to complement and support versatile dancers and ensure optimal health and safety for developing bodies. These classes are open to all students currently enrolled in any genre, age 10 and up.
At L.O.D we offer high-quality dance lessons in a warm nurturing environment. We pride ourselves on caring for children on an individual basis within the classroom setting.
All students are offered the same opportunities to participate in syllabus examinations and performances. We find this approach provides a more supportive and rewarding experience than the competitive dance environment and gives all students the chance to excel and reach their full potential.

Aerial Body Conditioning is a fun, challenging workout routine combining aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Arts and Strength Training
The 60-minute barre fitness class targets all muscle groups and effectively tones, strengthens, and lengthens them. Leave no muscles untouched as we work them to exhaustion then stretch out for relief.
