We will give you top tips on how to replace eggs and dairy in your recipes, showing you how to make the lightest sponge cakes and luxurious treats. We will introduce you to aquafaba, flax and chia batters and show you how to make vegan meringues.
Learn some fundamental techniques and recipes that will enable you to go home feeling confident about making a whole variety of different vegan bakes.

We will also focus on great flavour combinations and variations and chefs tips to save time and increase your confidence in the kitchen.
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on cookery, and is led by our experienced chef tutors who can answer all of your vegan baking questions.
Our chefs will make a soup and salad for lunch to help counteract all the sugar! There will be lots of sweet treats to take home so please bring some plastic containers with you. You will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack.

You’ll learn how to cook delicious plant-based dishes that are nutritionally balanced, using real ingredients such as pulses, grains and vegetables. We only use natural and additive-free ingredients as we don’t believe in using unnatural substitute ingredients.
