This class teaches you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create a range of really impressive vegan dishes. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve interesting vegan cuisine.
Description:
The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. Next it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction. You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.
We firmly believe that great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

In this 2 hour lesson you will be guided through the recipe for each dish by one of our Ashoka Restaurant or guest chefs. This class will give you the skills and knowledge to recreate some of your restaurant favourites in our own kitchen.
Vegetarian Feast cooking class is offered by Priti's Indian Cookery Course. I'll also teach you my tips and tricks to create delicious food when you're in a hurray. Everyone should know how to cook from scratch and Indian food is probably the easiest.
We are all becoming more aware of diets and the impact they have on our health, especially eating red meat. Varying our diets with fish and vegetarian dishes is a good idea. These recipes are a range of recipes that I have used for client events and eat at home regularly.
