The benefits of a plant based diet for humans, animal welfare and the planet are regularly reported in the media. But what does a plant based diet actually look like, and if you were thinking of adding more veg and less meat, fish, eggs and dairy to your diet what do you cook?
My West Bridgford based vegan cooking classes could be just the thing if you:
• Want to learn more about being vegan
• Have a vegan or plant based eater in your family
• Would like to lose some weight or make changes to your diet
• Are a student who is about to embark on independent living; after all we all know how cheap seasonal veg can be.
I will provide all the ingredients, equipment and recipes; you will prepare and cook your very own vegan meal, which you can take home for the family to eat and enjoy.
If a group cooking class is not for you then why not come along to a 121 private cooking lesson. We will spend time going through the recipe and I’ll share nutritional and cooking tips. The times and dates are more flexible.

Let me help you make those changes.
Whatever your unique situation is, I offer individually tailored holistic support to help you develop a healthier lifestyle.
I provide a wide range of services using my skills as a healthy eating advisor, trained chef, coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practioner. As an experienced, registered and fully qualified therapist, I run a busy and successful practice based in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
