We all know that we could be healthier with our diets and that we should all eat more pulses and vegetables. This class isn’t just for vegetarians. At this class we will make a selection of dishes which are not just standout main courses but are a great healthy accompaniment to fish and meat. This class is suitable to all, not just vegetarians.
We will cook a selection of the following:
A seasonal orzo soup
Chickpeas with tomatoes & harissa,
Vegetable and lentil red thai curry
Learn how to make a great vegetable stock.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours, with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
We offer a range of day and evening cooking classes for all ages and abilities. Each class will teach you the skills they needed to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.
Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. At the end of most classes you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
In this 2 hour lesson you will be guided through the recipe for each dish by one of our Ashoka Restaurant or guest chefs. This class will give you the skills and knowledge to recreate some of your restaurant favourites in our own kitchen.
If a group cooking class is not for you then why not come along to a 121 private cooking lesson. We will spend time going through the recipe and I’ll share nutritional and cooking tips. The times and dates are more flexible.
