This class will teach you how to get the most out of this wonderful cuisine that lends itself so well to plant-based eaters
During the workshop- Recipe explanation and how-to of making the sòs rouj (red sauce) to accompany your akra.
Preparation of a main course and a dessert (to be enjoyed on site): Vegetarian burger, avocado, tomatoes, mustard mayonnaise, sweet potato fries; Lime yogurt pot de crème, honey granola, seasonal fruits.
