Textural salads, comforting casseroles, family suppers and quirky salsas that amp up flavours. And of course, something sweet for the perfect closure. Please note that spaces are limited.
We explore exciting new culinary flavours from around the world from Middle Eastern, Turkish, Italian and Indian. Most often we will start with traditional breads that reflect each specific cultures and cuisines. From there, it’s all about delectable sides, mains and dessert, of course.
Expect exuberantly colourful food with vibrant flavours that celebrate seasonal produce. Flecked in between we will explore Baking with healthy alternatives, Vegan and Vegetarian food. There’s a strong focus on delicious and doable ways of including more plant-based meals into everyday cooking.
The cooking classes are intimate and relaxed. After a participative cook, we gather around the table to share in good food and great conversation.
Come and spend a fun and informal evening with us learning a selection of Italian seasonal vegetarian dishes using all kinds of vegetables, grains and pulses, all whilst enjoying lovely wine and prosecco.
Our classes are 120 min (2 hours) long, giving us time to prepare the dish as well as taste each element - the best part.
Vegan Cooking class is offered by Fresh Earth. We will show you how to prepare great tasting, vegetarian and vegan food without compromising the nutritional value of the food by maintaining its life force.
Vegetarian and Plant based food cooking class is offered by Food Filosofia. The Cooking Classes are interactive and informal - the level of involvement and experience all depends on you. There are morning (lunch) and evening classes available, each class is approximately 3 hours.
All the necessary ingredients and materials will be provided as well as recipes. You will enjoy the meal you have prepared either taking it home or during a lovely, friendly dinner also with spouses/ partners.
