This will be part of a series of Caribbean Cook Up evenings where you will prepare a selection of dishes from across the Caribbean. The series will feature all vegetarian recipes of which, some dishes you may know and others you will not.
We will eat together after our delicious cook up! Bring your own tupperware just in case there are leftovers- and your own apron!

The Coexist Community Kitchen is a non-profit cookery school in Easton, Bristol. Our main aim is to use food as a vehicle to work with people who experience social marginalisation in our society.

Vegan Cooking class is offered by My Thai Kitchen. My cookery classes are fun and relaxed and you learn all the techniques of how to create a delicious Thai meal. Whatever your level of cooking ability I’ll give you personal tuition to suit.
Here, we go beyond tacos to explore some lesser known Mexican staples. You will learn how to create authentic, plant based dishes which celebrate the variety and intense flavours of Mexican cuisine.
Vegetarian Feast cooking class is offered by Priti's Indian Cookery Course. I'll also teach you my tips and tricks to create delicious food when you're in a hurray. Everyone should know how to cook from scratch and Indian food is probably the easiest.
We are all becoming more aware of diets and the impact they have on our health, especially eating red meat. Varying our diets with fish and vegetarian dishes is a good idea. These recipes are a range of recipes that I have used for client events and eat at home regularly.
