This will be part of a series of Caribbean Cook Up evenings where you will prepare a selection of dishes from across the Caribbean. The series will feature all vegetarian recipes of which, some dishes you may know and others you will not.
We will eat together after our delicious cook up! Bring your own tupperware just in case there are leftovers- and your own apron!

Vegetarian Feast cooking class is offered by Priti's Indian Cookery Course. I'll also teach you my tips and tricks to create delicious food when you're in a hurray. Everyone should know how to cook from scratch and Indian food is probably the easiest.
Baking without eggs and dairy can seem daunting at first, but it needn't be, in fact it is often easier to make a vegan cake than a dairy based equivalent. From pastries and doughs to sticky puddings and cakes, join us for a delicious day of all things sweet.
