We are delighted that Suchiko is returning to Manor Farm to run another course. She will again give advice on where to buy specialist ingredients to recreate dishes easily at home and understand the health benefits of Japanese cuisine.
The course will be run following Japanese Vegetarian recipes, but can have fish or meat added for those who would like this addition.

Manor Farm Cookery School launched in 2016 and is a well-equipped facility running cookery courses, workshops and cookery clubs for people of all ages and abilities.
Delicacy Baingan Bharta (Smoked Aubergine) class is offered by Namaste Cookery School for all ages. The cookery class takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month and conducted by our Chef Dalsukh Jetani.
This course is suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians including vegan dishes. You'll cook both savoury and sweet dishes.
