Recipes you’re likely to make include:

  • Thai Green Curry (including Thai curry paste from scratch)
  • Bánh Xèo – (crispy rice pancakes)
  • Som Tum – (spicy green papaya salad)
  • Pho- (Noodle soup)
  • Che Troi Nuoc (glutinous rice balls in ginger syrup)
