We love fish cooking class in London. In this class, our chefs will reveal how to source the freshest fish, how to store it, and everything you need to know about enjoying fish in your diet.
Once you’re all clued-up, you’ll learn how to use a fish filleting knife, before filleting two beautiful whole fish. You’ll then have the chance to cook your fillets in up to three different ways, and to make a refreshing salsa verde. Meanwhile, our chefs will rustle up some roasted new potatoes to enjoy on the side.
We’ll also show you how easy and delicious it is to stuff and roast a whole sea bass, and a great spicy prawn dish. At the end of all your hard work, we’ll enjoy the fresh fish together at our chef’s table.
