This fabulous class teaches you all the techniques you’ll need in order to create a range of really impressive shellfish & fish dishes. Our chef will show you the best ways to source, prepare, cook and serve fish and shellfish.
The class starts with a coffee and a chat with the chef about the class ahead, and then it’s through to the kitchens for demonstrations of the dishes you’ll be cooking. Next it’s time to roll up your sleeves get on an apron, learn new skills and enjoy replicating the dishes under our chef’s expert instruction. You can then retire to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.
We firmly believe that great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques, you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

During this full-day course, you will get to grips with creating show-stopping fish dishes, learning first-hand what it takes to create a restaurant-worthy meal.
On this one day workshop learn how to cook delicious fish and shellfish recipes. We will explain what to look for when choosing fish and how to prepare it but the main emphasis will be on how to cook fish in order to get the best from it and how to avoid overcooking it.
In this fish and seafood class you will be preparing a colourful and flavour-packed fish and seafood feast which you will dine on at the end of the class, accompanied by free flowing wine.
Prett will talk you through the day's menu and give a general introduction to the spices being used. You will then start cooking under her expert tuition, learning everything you need to know to enable you to cook an authentic Indian meal.
Learn how to steam, stir-fry and season seafood to perfection using a variety of oriental spices. This class is perfect for those who love seafood and the subtle flavour it brings- but want to take your dishes to real Wokstar status!
