The Isle of Wight Cookery School is a new venture born out of the pandemic in 2020! Based here in the West Wight close to Yarmouth, close to the sea and nestling is some lovely countryside.
We started the school with the experiences of a successful catering business started in 2009. We developed all of the courses for teaching in cookery schools to groups of twelve students.
If you are more into savoury dishes, our chefs will be more than happy to teach you some of our specialities.
We are surrounded by wonderful fish and shellfish on this little island. We are spoilt for choice in the variety of seafood we have in our waters. Chef Jeffers’ specialty in cooking is fish & shellfish, he has an array of different recipes & flavours to share with you.
On this course, our chefs are here to show you that it’s not! With wonderfully fresh ingredients sourced fresh from our trusted supplier, you’ll fillet a flat fish and create tasty dishes, gaining unforgettable skills that you can use time and time again in your own kitchen.
