Course Details

Hands-on Butchery Workshop Where You’re The Butcher.

  • You'll be doing All of the work under my guidance.
  • I will provide lots of information and questions are encouraged!
  • Approx 20-25 lbs of fresh pork, butchered and wrapped by You, to take home.
  • Please wear closed-toed shoes.
  • Long hair should either be tied back or under a hat.
  • If you have a boning knife you’d like to use, please bring it. I would caution against any chef's knife or other knives you wouldn't want in contact with hard bones.
  • Otherwise, knives and aprons will be provided.
  • Finally, I recommend you bring a method of transportation to get your meats home.
