Asanas, or physical postures, are emphasized when the body is out of shape, in need of healing, or not flexible enough. In this class, we mix the elements of Hatha Yoga with Gentle Flow to create a soft, fluid class appropriate for all levels.
DancePot is an established dance school started in early 2012 and based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
DancePot is specialized in ballet with over 15 years of dancing and teaching experience recognized by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). Besides that, DancePot also offers other various dance disciplines suitable for all ages.
At DancePot, we provide a safe dance space, where grace, elegance and technique of dance are offered in a friendly environment to students of all ages.

It is designed base on the principle of Yoga and Pilates. Focusing on strengthening the core muscles with the aim to gain body strength and flexibility combine with the Yoga flows.
At DancePot, our yoga instructor walks around and helps to adjust your postures, explains what body parts are affected by the poses, helps you by feeling the breath in your body, feeling the effects of different movements, feeling your muscles relax and get stronger.
Yoga course is offered by Life Centre. In our music academy, we provide vocal and dance lessons. Every course consists of 4 sessions. One time registration fee of RM50 is applicable.
Yogalates Lessons are offered by Zen Music Ballet Studio.
A beginner-friendly hatha yoga class involving sets of physical postures (yoga poses), meditation and breathing techniques. Joining this class helps to tone muscles, reduce stress and also burn calories.
