A beginner-friendly hatha yoga class involving sets of physical postures (yoga poses), meditation and breathing techniques. Joining this class helps to tone muscles, reduce stress and also burn calories.
It is designed base on the principle of Yoga and Pilates. Focusing on strengthening the core muscles with the aim to gain body strength and flexibility combine with the Yoga flows.
At DancePot, our yoga instructor walks around and helps to adjust your postures, explains what body parts are affected by the poses, helps you by feeling the breath in your body, feeling the effects of different movements, feeling your muscles relax and get stronger.
Yoga course is offered by Life Centre. In our music academy, we provide vocal and dance lessons. Every course consists of 4 sessions. One time registration fee of RM50 is applicable.
