Explore a wide range of yoga styles with the overall emphasis being on grounding, connecting, aligning and centering body, mind and spirit. Meditation, ceremonies, events and workshops are also offered with a focus on the whole being, improved wellness, healing and connection.
Hatha yoga is a combination of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), with possible chanting. This is a slower-paced class with a strong focus on alignment and how to do each pose correctly. More recent yoga styles have evolved from hatha.
