Start with your very own hands on interactive & fun Italian cookery class learning how to prepare & create an authentic three course meal, using fresh & local produce. Enjoy what you have created as lunch, together with fine matched wines.
With any skill level and at any age you can learn how to make fresh pasta & gnocchi from scratch and prepare several sauces to accompany the different types of pasta. A hands on experience teaching how to make the dough, roll and cut to create an array of pasta, both long and filled.
