COURSES OFFERED BY FARE ITALIAN COOKERY SCHOOL

With any skill level and at any age you can learn how to make fresh pasta & gnocchi from scratch and prepare several sauces to accompany the different types of pasta. A hands on experience teaching how to make the dough, roll and cut to create an array of pasta, both long and filled.

Start with your very own hands on interactive & fun Italian cookery class learning how to prepare & create an authentic three course meal, using fresh & local produce. Enjoy what you have created as lunch, together with fine matched wines.

Spend the morning cooking and then lunch will be served with Italian varietal wines and a beautiful sea view. A great day for beginners, cooks and foodies.

The 3 day Cookery Retreat is based on our Cookery trips to Italy but situated right here in Mount Martha.
