On arrival you will be greeted by the cookery school host & teacher & don the aprons ready for the cooking session.
The menu will be introduced with a brief description of the recipes, techniques & ingredients used in the class. The ingredients will be laid out ready & guests will have plenty of opportunity in the creation of the menu consisting of an entrée, a main dish, 2 side dishes & a dessert.
Once the work is done, enjoy a glass of bubbles & a savoury plate followed by the sit down dinner party style lunch.
